  1. Download the installer from Unlockroot official site
  2. Enable USB debugging on your phone. Go to settings>application>development and make sure USB debugging is enabled.
  3. Run the application.
  4. Your handset will be automatically detected, choose your device  (if included in supported devices list) unlockroot tool
  5. Click on the huge green ROOT tab.
  6. Wait for the procedure to finish after which you’ll get a message that indicated rooting of phone has taken place.
  7. Reboot your device to make good of the changes.

    hey bro….. just tell me how to root Samsung galaxy s2 running on 4.0.3 with this software…..cause after clicking the ROOT button it starts and even detects the phone but after a few seconds it stops..!!!! please do help

    Seemed to work through the unlocking process when rebooted antutu was denied the permission of supperuser as where it just said not a rooted device before.
