How to Install JellyBean on Micromax A110 Canvas 2

Micromax has Officially released Jelly Bean Update for Micromax A110 Canvas 2 recently but, Many of you guys don’t want to go Micromax service center to get it on your Phone or Maybe you can’t wait. So, here we have something good for you all, Simply follow this simple guide to Update Canvas 2 to Jelly Bean Android 4.1.1 Over The Air (OTA). If you are little bit aware of How to flash Android Phones then this tutorial will be a Cakewalk for you But If you are not aware of How to proceed then We have jot down all the necessary steps for you here in this Article.

Pre-requisites before Installing Jelly Bean on Micromax A110 Canvas 2:

Turn- Off your Phone and Make sure it is not connected to your PC/Laptop.
Use “Super backup pro App” to take a backup of contacts, sms, etc.
It will work good If you have Window XP on your Laptop/Computer.
Download Official JellyBean ROM of Micromax A110 from here(XDA Link).
Micromax A110 Canas 2 Drivers- Downloaded from here.
SP Tool for flashing the Jelly Bean update from here.

Download all the compress files and extract them on your PC/Laptop (preferablyon your Desktop for ease).

Step by Step Tutorial on How to Install Official Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean Update on Micromax A110 Canvas 2:

Install Micromax A110 Canvas 2 Drivers on your Desktop.
Now, Extract SP Tools and Open executable file named- “Flash_Tool.exe”.
As shown in image, Open Click on Scatter-loading Button.
Go to the Stock ROM folder on your desktop, Which you extracted in above steps from Zip file and from there select the file- “MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc” and then Click on Open.
Now, you will see the file path in scatter loading text Box. Click on Firmware Upgrade button to Update Canvas 2 Jelly Bean OS.
If you have follow all the above steps then Connect your Switched-Off device to your Computer and Look your Screen.
Your phone will get detected by SP Tools and Process Installing Official JellyBean will Start..
On Succession, Green Coloured Ring will appear on your Computer Screen.
